This is a belt rather than an estate, and the rate barely moves across it. Kompally proper, the pocket nearest the city, is the priciest at ₹23. Kandlakoya, a little further out, holds ₹20, and so does the long Devaryamjal stretch that carries most of the inventory. Gosaiguda and Muneerabad on the Medchal side sit at ₹25.
