Kompally is the start of Hyderabad's northern warehousing belt, on NH-44 where the road leaves the city for Nagpur. It sits just beyond the Outer Ring Road, which is what makes it work: trucks reach it without entering the city, and city vans reach it without a long run out. The belt continues north through Devaryamjal to Medchal, and most of what is available carries more than one of those names.

Kandlakoya, a little further out, and the long Devaryamjal stretch carry most of the inventory. Gosaiguda and Muneerabad sit on the Medchal side, with some of the newer buildings.
